Way cool everyone...hope to hear from some of the others in the area. I am not to familiar with that area. Anyone have an idea for meeting. It will take me around 2 hours to get there from here, so 4:30 is a bit much
Thanks all!
Hi Rob- I usaully get there around 5:30-5:45. They have a "Corvette Corral" parking area which I intentionally avoid. It is on the HOT asphalt and I have run into the "Primm NV" attitude there. I hooked up with Daytona 69 last year (he was Laguna70 then). I usually find a spot in the shade on the grass. The car does get a little dirty, but the comfort is worth it. We still have a lot of time to iron out the details before then. The cruise route is a blast. You will see evrything from big $$$ street rods and customs to a "livingroom on wheels" and even a motorized LazyBoy recliner cruising the fairgrounds.
Looking forward to this one as I do every year.

We don't all need to arrive at the same time although that would be ideal. It's a big place and alot of cars. Along with the fact that we don't know exactly where we will get a spot throws a wrench into things as well. I had the same spot for three years..got there last year at 5:30 and it was already taken. Geting everyones cell numbers will help in communicating. If we can get a meeting spot beforehand will be good too.
Kalynn and I were talking about the length of your drive down....Have you considered coming down the night before and getting a room somewhere? I know on the Cruise for the Cure web site there are links for accomodations in the area. Getting there as early as we do, it is a very long day.
Just some food for thought..........
