I recently got an email from the site administrator. He has moved from Louisiana to Maryland I think. He has brought the site back up but, like you, I cannot access it either.

Yes,I was accessing the temporary site o.k. and then everything went away.Mark must be working on bringing the system back up.Mark if you read this,anything we can do to help,we will.
