Anyone have any idea what Pace car these emblems came from?  Believe it or not I'm stumped Confused  I don't know if those boxes in the picture are the actually parts boxes.  The guy selling them said they are for a 1978 Pace Car LOL  Well we know thats not true.

They are very simular to the 07 and 08 emblem (without the red outline) pictured below.

Let me know if you have any ideas.  I do believe they must be from a late model Pace Car.

Sorry can't help you with this.

This is off topic but reading Corvette Milestones I read that there was one (1) 1956 Pace Car?    A Betty Skelton was at the wheel but did not pace that year on the beach track in Daytona.   So the question is where is this vette now????   Ermm

Do you know if they are supposed to be from a Corvette? They look similar to those on the 99 Monte Carlo....

Yup Micki the 08 Pace Cars are showing up at dealerships, I even saw 08 Parade car #13 and #14 on ebay.  I bought the 08 emblem pictured off of ebay and made a "Best Offer" on the other two odd emblems.

I'm gonna have to go to the Pace Car Registry to see if anyone there knows where they are from.  99 Monte Carlo is a good possibility.  I was wondering what the 05 and 06 Pace Cars had for emblems.

My first thought was the Camaro that had the black and white theme.  Can't remember what year it was, but I want to say 89 or so.

BTW, did anyone see the pix of the Brickyard 400 Corvette Pace car?  I'll try to find one and post.

I found the answer with the help of my friend Bob Kirsch over at the Pace Car Registry Clap The emblems are older then I had thought, they are from the 1984 Pontiac Fiero
