Okay where are you talking about staying?  Did Dee-
Dee and I stay with you all last year?  Did We caravan to the show?  I believe I am on vacation that week and it looks like lacey's business employment needs are going to be covered.

How do we pay? Do we have to register?  Is everyones spouse going or is it a guy day?  I am really out of touch with reality lately so I need a lot of direction, thanks to all of you.

Mark where did you find that picture of a 2009 vette? and did you see the new pace car at freindly chevy in puyallup?

Larry,

1. We stayed at Motel 6
2. We drove up together
3. Your wife Dee Dee sat next to you in your Red Corvette.
4. She also stayed with you at the Motel 6
5. We all went to dinner-you had prime rib, baked potato, salad.
6. They did not run out of onions
7. You and Dee Dee did not eat dessert first.
8. Show was Sunday morning, paid at the gate.
9. After the show we all went home
10. Yes Dee Dee was with you in your Red Corvette on the way home.
11. Oh I forgot, you and I got up in the morning at 0430 and went for a 5 mile run.
12. I bought your dinner last year so its your turn.

Any more help just let me know, glad to help.Wink

We really enjoyed this one last year.  Even the kids want to go (see, I need a second Corvette!)!  We have a car show at the lodge Saturday but could drive up that night.  I'd love to go...gotta check with Mikey.  If the boats back in the water, who knows!!!

Thanks Todd it is nice to know that my brother from another mother is looking out for me.  I think I remember staying in a motel that was a little hard to find, some drove pass it?  Don't remember you buying my dinner but Thanks!!!!!  If I took Dee-Dee last year and she even rode home with me, that explains way she is still here, guess I will have to take her this year and see if she stays up there this year.....
We will be staying up there the night of the 23rd correct?  Are you our go to man for rooms or are we all on our own, maybe you should post the motels number, and I know it is "6", I meant the phone number.

I suppose that means I should wash the vette soon

I don't know if I will make it this year. If I do I will drive over Sunday morning. I am probable going to be busy with a boating party for my design team and their families on Saturday. We have finally after 2 yrs reached the production stage of the project. We still have some clean-up work and getting the machines certified for some of the countries they are going into. So the pace is still pretty fast. I hope by mid September I will be able to catch my breath.phew

Larry you are evil LOL Pam and I will either stay up there or drive up very early.  With the son living in Seattle now theres no one here to watch the dog.  I say hes a big boy but Pam don't like to leave him alone over night.

I do suggest we get there very early though.  At the "All Chevy and Camero Show" a few weeks back they were making people park across the street from the main show at abot 8:15 am.  It would be nice to be in with the main show.

Make sure everyone puts the C3VR.com as their club, maybe we can win a prize for the most club members Wink  Oh ya don't forget the banners, lets get both up there Thumbs%20Up

here is the info from last year i think it was the GASLAMP bar and grill

Here is a list of four restaurants that have good food and reasonable prices. I don't think that any take reservations. At each place you should be able to seat your group of 12 to 16 together.

Gaslamp Bar & Grill: 392-4547. Driving instructions: From the motel, you get on SR 900 going south, cross I-90, at the second stop light turn left onto Maple Street, go about 100 yards, turn left into the dirt parking lot. This is a sports bar with good food and a lot of atmosphere.

Issaquah Cafe: 391-9690. Driving instructions: From the motel, get on SR 900 going south, cross I-90, as you cross I-90 get in the left hand lane, turn left at the first stop light on to Gilman Blvd.,go about 40 yards and turn left into the shopping mall, take a left in the mall lot. The cafe is in the building on the right. It has good American food.

Cascade Garden (Chinese): 391-9597. Driving instructions: It is located two doors from the Issaquah Cafe. Has very good Chinese food
.
Las Margaritas: 392-7425. Driving instructions: From the motel, get on SR 900 going south, cross I-90, as you cross I-90 get in the left hand lane, turn left at the first stop light on to Gilman Blvd., Continue along Gilman until you reach Front Street, turn right onto Front Street going south, continue until the first stop light, Las Margaritas is on the right about 20 yards before the stop light.

Lets see what time is everyone leaving for issquah on Saturday lets plan to blend the southern group with the rest of us somewhere on I-5 near olympia.
I phoned Larry and Katie, he is going to look into it.

I am going to have to cancel out on this one, things are just to freaky weird right now, Lacey has 2 county fairs that week end one in bremerton and one in menlo, we have never done either one and sending a crew to bremerton with out myself or Ann marie going is a little to scary for me, if it goes as I hope it does they will need me to bring them ice on friday or saturday.  And the other one is closer but a very rookie crew so who knows what type of issues are going to happen, after this last week end at the county fair here where they put us as far away from the food court as possible and it fricggin rained to boot we have to make up some sales or go to plan "b or C B- selling meth, C selling the young girls putting a pole in the back of the big truck and see what happens, plan d we don't even want to get that low.

Sorry guys but you are going to have to get it done with out me......

Well I don't think I will be attending this year. I have to go to Redmond on business on Wednesday and then to U of W on Friday for my nephews graduation. He is in the ROTC program and is graduating with an engineering degree. Then he is off to nuke school with the Navy. Anyway I think I will be burned out on driving over the pass. Plus I am putting together a end of summer boating party for my engineering team on Saturday. Just not enough days in the week.

Probably no big surprise but doesn't look like Mike & I'll will make it.  When I mentioned it to him, he just had this really tired look on his face.  We're at the final push for boat stuff and we would REALLY like to use it some before winter sets in!!!  I hate to miss this one, though...  Unhappy
