CORVETTE SHOW TO BE HELD AT THE WORLD'S MOST POPULAR CRUISE PORT NEAR KENNEDY SPACE CENTER Cape Kennedy Corvette Club will be holding it's 10th annual Vettes at the Port show at Port Canaveral, Saturday, April 16 in The Cove waterside dining and recreation area from 8:45 a.m. till 3:30 p.m. The show is expected to draw more than 150 participants from all over the Southeast U.S. in addition to hundreds of spectators. Trophies will be awarded for the best Corvettes in 10 classes. For class details, see the registration flyer. There will be music; a silent auction, a 50/50 drawing, valve cover races, a scavenger hunt, door prizes and many of the restaurants will be featuring special discounts. The Port is a popular venue for the Show because of its backdrop of beautiful cruise ships and the waterside dining establishments. Many participants stick around after the show for a drink and/or dinner on the waterfront and to wave bon voyage to the passengers on the massive cruise ships as the ships glide past the restaurants. The Port also has a waterside park with covered picnic pavilions within easy walking distance of the show.

Registration on the 16th starts at 8:00 AM till Noon. Door Prizes will be awarded throughout the day. Presentation of the Silent Auction Winners and the 50/50 Raffle will begin at 3:30 PM and Trophies to be presented following.

Don�t forget the Rivers and Spires Festival will be going at this time. Saturday evening the main event will be Grammy & CMA award winning singer song writer, Clint Black. So plan on staying around and enjoy the Free Concert.
