I know you guys are going to tell me to replace the hinges but is there any adjustability in how our doors hang? My drivers side is a bit low and could stand to be raised towards the rear of the door opening and there is no play when I lift on the bottom of the door when it is open so I was hoping I might be able to adjust the hinges because they seem to be in decent shape still. Is that possible? I don't need to raise it much.

Thanks,

KC

The hinges are adjustable....and a pain to do, at that. There are adjustments both on the door itself, and where the hinge bolts to the body. You'll have to remove the kick panel, and probably the dash cluster to get to the ones on the body. The adjustments on the door can be accessed by removing both the screwed on cover at the top/front edge of the door, and the door panel.
You'll need a decent floor jack, and a long block of wood under the edge of the door to adjust it....the doors are HEAVY.
Make only minor adjustments...a little here can add up to a lot there.

Here's a tip that will keep you from taking a hammer to it, too.
Take the door striker off of the pillar while adjusting the hinges. If you don't and you happen to get the door too high/low, it could(and prolly will) hang up on the striker....and you'll have to have help to get it back open. The help will have to hold the door handle in the open position, while you crawl in the other side, and kick the crap out of the door to get it open....Censored

Like a lot of things we do two people make it much easier doing he door is one of those.  I have a guy that I pay $10 and hour to help with things. He and I did the hinges and door adjustment.

Even with two a floor jack  or a piston jack is a must.   Yes watch the striker issue.  I did have that but it was not as bad as it could have been.

It does not sound like the hing pins are your issue but if they were I saw a post where the guy ground down the head a little on the top door pin so it would come out without having to move the hing.  That was a great tip.  Just thought I would add it here in case some one else is looking at this and need to replace the hing pins.
