Talk about Spring Fever. After being on jack stands for the past 4 years, this week I'm finally getting my '73 to the alignment shop. Then all it needs is a new hood and I'll be "Having Fun All Summer Long"!

Spent the afternoon working in the garage with all the doors open for the first time this year. After doing some spring maintenance on "The Toy" I rolled her out into the sunshine and let her run for awhile. Still too much winter crud (salt, sand, etc) on the roads to go for a spin but it was nice to hear the exhaust rumble.
The Model A is on casters so while "The Toy" was out in the sunshine I rotated "Betty" around so I could put the left rear fender back on (pulled it last fall to have a major dent straightened out and then repainted).
Even tho' I didn't get out for a spin it was still an enjoyable afternoon...!!!
btw - glad you enjoyed the drive with your son...!!!

If he doesn't recognize a cassette, show em an 8 track box!
Yup, me and the Sharkette wee out for a couple spins on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Parents had their 62nd wedding anniversary, so had to hug and kiss Mom, and shake Dads hand. The quadrajet was a little ornery, but that's expected.
