No need to replace them unless they're damaged some way. Clean and reuse! Never used any lock-tite on those things meself. Never felt the need to, and it's sure gonna make it hard to get them back out next time!
IF the bolts/nuts/straps are rusty enough to not be safe, you'll not likely find the proper fasteners at your local hardware store...look for a fastener supply place, if there's one in your area, otherwise, you'll need to order the correct stuff. Sure don't want a halfshaft common loose on ya going down the road....it tears up a lot of fiberglass!!

Drive it like you stole it!
I took them out last night (what a pain; my chambered exhaust was a tad in the way; had to remove a portion of it...). You guy's are right; the brackets/straps have a lot more meat than I tought and they look good (they will look better after cleaning). I stipped one bolt a little, so I will be replacing at least that one. The others looks really good. Also, there was no trace of lock tite and now that I've had my hands in it; I too don't see a need for it.
Couldn't press the u-joints out; didn't have a socket big enough for the "outside" one. I calculated 30mm. Would that be correct? Maybe 31mm to have a buffer?
