I just purchased hooker super comp headers 2224-3 17/8" and side pipes.now i am told they will not fit my angle plug high flow cast iron heads. But many forums say they will. Anyone know the truth? Thanks Frank

I have Hooker side pipes with a ZZ4 crate engine that has the angle plugs in alum. heads. It fits but some of the plugs are a bitch to change later on. But they do fit and the wire boots (Right angle) do not hit the headers. Not sure if the side pipe version are different than the normal header version, call them and ask.
