I have a 1974 L82 and I am in process of adding a FAST EZ EFI system which requires a vented tank.  I have no charcoal canister as it was previously removed and plugged in engine bay.  Any suggestions on how to best vent the fuel tank?  Should I add back the canister or is there a another method that does not require fuel tank removal?

Vented gas cap? But I think your already vented somewhere....if it used to vent into the charcoal canister, there has to be an open port somewhere or your carb would starve. Just thinking out loud here....

Driver side top of the fuel tank is a vapor separator, with line that runs up to the charcoal canister. You could use that fitting as a vent...since that's really what it was to begin with. I would replace/re-install the charcoal canister, and be done with it.....Thumbs Up
