Hello all,
Sorry for my disappearance life has a way of ruining all
the plans that you made. I've finished the restoration and build of my
'77, and I finally have a new computer to post pics. I'll have to make a
complete list of all the upgrades I've made, but safe to say that the
only original part is the engine block.
I went with a 383 stroker
build, with a roller cam and GMPP Fast Burn aluminum heads. She's
putting out an honest 400hp and 426 ft-lbs of torque on the dyno. I
mated it to a Tremec TKO 600 5 speed tranny. A Steeroids rack system
points her true, riding on a strengthened and coated frame. All the
bolt-ons are powder coated, and urethane bushings all around.
I'll try posting pics, if I screw up, sorry. haha!
