Hey everybody, almost have her ready to be pulled. Picking up the hoist tomorrow and going to try to tackle it all on sunday. Still have a couple steps i'm going to try to get done tonight after work. Here's what i have so far.

The last two pictures are the ones from a few minutes ago. Got mixed up trying to look at those thumbnails.

Definitely will do! Just got a second camera to keep in the garage just for this build log.

Hello Loghead, May I make a suggestion as I have pulled several Vette engines and that is you should remove the right wheel and place a heavy duty jack stand under the frame and pull the engine from the right side especially using the intake plate you have on the intake.You will not like what could happen pulling a Vette engine from the front..

I have done no less than 20 Vette engines and speak from experience. Also get a nice old thick comforter and lay over the right fender,not for you to rest on but to be sure you don't scratch the car.Once you have separated block from trans bring engine towards the front of car a couple of inches then bring her up and out.
