Whut?! I seem to recall seeing video of you firing it off already, a year or so ago. Sounded really good then. Big smile

It certainly getting closer to being completed, that's fer sher! Keep it up! Thumbs Up

you did..  but that was just the drivetrain sitting on the frame and that was august of 2009.

2.5 years ago.  everything was powered off of an external 12V power supply and a basically just rigged up.

this is a "functional" start.  Once I get this done ill be putting a seat in, bleeding the brakes and getting it aligned.

I want to bounce it around a little before go much further on body work.

See, Joel, That's why I said "in the assembled car"! I remember when Ben had the video of the  engine and frame, and that's it.

It sounds good, Ben! There's always some little problems before you get the payoff! It sounds really good for having no mufflers! Not unbearably loud. You're on the way, man!    Thumbs Up

if you think it was "not unbearably loud" then the camera didnt refelct it well.  It is really loud.  I did start it up again with mufflers today and it is sooooooo much better.

I really didnt think they would be that effective since they are just a pass through with a screen and a drop from 4" to 2.5".

I guess it's kind of hard to tell in a video, but I could still hear your voice over the car! Anyway, it's great to see so much progress! Just don't let up!
