Finished the brakes last nite. 611.00 on parts, supplies, tow job, and hair pulling
.

The right rear caliper froze up causing all this mess.
5 master cylinders in all. 2 new ones and 2 rebuilt were bad out of the box. The new one from ebay worked.

2 calipers, 2 rotors, 1 set pads, 2 axle hubs, 1 m/c, 1 brake bleed job from garage(they couldn't bleed it), 1 tow job n/c AAA.
The garage quoted me 450.00 to do the m/c.
I wonder how much the entire job would be.

I'm pretty good at changing out the m/c. It's done for now. I will do the fronts in the spring. There are still a few items that need attention but they can wait a little while.
My car has 145000 miles on it so I expect a few things to go wrong. I keep up on scheduled maint( tune-up, fluid changes, belts etc...) Time to relax and drink some brake... I mean a beer now.
