What did you use to get the old wax off yer car? , I didn't know about the Silicone..................I used some stuff with that in it on the C5.....
I used Mother's "pre-wax cleaner & remover". Worked ok

I am a huge Zaino fan for years. However, I think it shows better on darker cars. I had a black TA that it worked great on and my dark green metallic vette it is awesome. I tried it on a silver and also on a pewter car with less satisfying results. On the lighter colors I went back to a Megular's carnuba.
