I would like to install 18" American Racing Wheels on my 1969 BB Sports Coupe.
Does anyone know of the following configuration being used on a similar car:
Front: 18"x8" 0 Offset 4.5"BS P245/40/ZR18
Rear:  18"x9" 0 Offset 5.0"BS P275/35ZR18
I assume it will be the width that is the limiting factor as the diameter is not much different than what is there now. Suspect there may be issues with interference with the trailing arms?
Thanks for comments.

I have Intro Pentia billet wheels in my '68. The tires are Nitto NT 555. Upfront I have 245x40x18 (Wheels are 18x8). In the rear I have 275x40x18 (Wheels are 18x9). I have had this settup for over 7 years now and never had any clearance issues. Since the wheels are billet wheels, they are the equivalent of 18x9 in front and 18x10 in the rear. As far as the backspacing, I believe it is 4.5". The wheels were manufactured to fit my car. I hope this helps.
