My eye sight is getting a little bad but is that picture taken from the front or the back?

What you could do is....illegal.
The guy is selling the VIN tag, and matching title...so someone can put it on a stolen car, most likely.

Another red flag..."Cash ONLY, no shipping"...translates into no way to trace it back to him...

  Yeah well,... that bent support rail makes it questionably desirable for restoration...maybe he should have taken the pic from another angle so it's less obvious.

As of today, This listing (180598760894) has been removed, or this item is not available.
Hmmmm...wonder if fleabay made him take it down? Isn't it against fleabay policy to insist on CASH?
The whole thing looked suspicious from the get-go, anyway.....The VIN tag had already been removed from the support bar(anyone else notice that?), and him taping off the last digits of the VIN make it even more likely what he has is FROM a stolen car to start with....

Caveat Emptor......
