That gas mileage is amazing ! I thought I was doing good at 26 !
Debie, tell hubby he is right, the C3 is MUCH more fun to drive...I bet I like it even more when I get the 454 dropped in it |biggrin|
GREGO, are you running the stock tranny? I guess i should also ask if it is auto or stick. Mine is an auto.

Vette(s): Re-acquired 1982 Bright Blue Vette from the guy a sold it to 13 years ago. 1993 40th Anniv. Ruby Convertible- purchased for my wifes 40th birthday-It has Chromed Grand Sport Wheels, Grand Sport Flares and a functional rollbar.
Mine are both automatics-stock. The Ruby has the performance axle. The 82 actually gets quite good gas mileage. After it drops into 4th it cruises on the highway at about 60mph and 1500rpm. Since it has a 24 gallon tank and the Ruby only has 20 the 82 actually goes farther on a tank though it gets slightly less mpg. |rollysmile|
