I went to a cruise in down at Fuddruckers in Pasadena Sat night with Steve and some other members of Red Line. There was a dark blue C5 coupe from another club there with 6 tail lights. Yes, I said 6! It also had 6, bowtie shaped exhaust tips. He said two were "cheaters". On top of those, the whole car was blue. Everything. He changed it from a stick to auto, put the auto plate on the consol, but left the stick shift knob. lol It was really a site! |eek| Just wish I had a camera with me at the time......

I know Adam! I'm sorry! The next time I go, I'm sure it'll be there. I think it's in the host club! lol Better keep my mouth shut while I'm down there! lol I'll make sure I've got a camera next time, you guys wouldn't believe it. He likes it so I guess that's all that counts.

I wish I had the money he spent on mods and his C5. Then I would have a C5 AND a C3 and some money to put towards a C6 |laugh|

I wonder if the handling is effected bny all those lights? |headscratch|

And I'm sure the 0-60 and 1/4 miles are tweeked slightly also |headscratch|

I know its all in your own taste, just my opinion, I would opt for either increase in peformance or handling, but then again I don't just putt putt.

Jeesszzz Dar......I dunno about that C5...Y'all KNOW I am into ''customizing''....but to each is own!!

It somehow looks too much???
Kinda reminds me of the back of a old Mustang or a Cougar!!..That was their ''signature'' the TRI-tail lights.

Hey Debbie, that's not the half of it. You're right about those lights girl....they SEQUENSE just like the old rides you mentioned. lol

Someone emailed me or sent me a link of a photo of a torch red C5 with basically the same tail layout, but instead of the extra lights, the guy with the torch did the little brake lights and more C5 emblems. Then, he "chromed" the lower vents and then put more vents on the rear tail area behind the tires. Have you seen that one? It's just as gross! lol
