No, it aint mine!
Just got this email from Hemmings about #5 coming up for auction.
An interesting read. Click on the "this page" link for some nice vintage pictures.
I wonder what you could have picked that up for back in the '60's?

That's a nice car! Just too much money for this boy! I have a 79 that's taking me broke!

I like it....it has history, and has had a nice resto done on it. If I had the cash, yeah, it'd be kewl to have it.
A bit of trivia....had Ed Thiebaud not been such an a-hole, NCRS would have never been formed. Disgruntled members of Ed's club(and he made sure everyone knew it was his club) parted ways, and formed NCRS in 1974. Ed's club newsletters were mostly ads for parts/carss he had for sale, and other stuff he had going on.
Glad to see someone took this car, and did an honest resto.

I guess there has ALWAYS been stuck up sticky beets in the Corvette hobby, huh? Nice to know we have a GREAT group on here!

Nice to look at but I can't imagine trying to follow DaveM to Effingham with a 2 speed automatic, 6 cylinder. I'll stick with what I have. Besides, I'd have to sell the cars, the truck, the house, the dog, the wi, no, I better keep her, to buy that.
