They're just not what Tail Gunner made. Their's looked exactly like the back 1/3 of your vette - down to the wheels and with functional taillights. Was thinking about one for longer trips - especially in the C5. You know how the gals can pack 50 lbs of "stuff" for a "weekender". Just might need the extra space.

A base trailer frame is easy and cheap. Some body panels and lights create most of the outside. Make a fiberglass box to connect the two, the correct tires and wheels. The trailer could be the exact match to the rear of your car. Granted the more detail, the more cost for material. It could be fun.
