Took my C5 in because every since the body shop has had it (from an earlier thread about me runnin' over an 18 wheeler retread), it's not been acting right........stinkin' computer.......AngryAngryCensored
 
First, this warning sign comes on and won't go off........"service active handling"............"service ABS"..........CensoredAngryWits%20EndThen the runnin' light on the right won't light up, it's out and on top of that I have no turn signals...ShockedAngryCensored  I've been waiting on it for 2 days!!Wits%20End
 
I get a call that it's ready and fixed.  I pick it up and all is ok, but I turn on my left turn signal to get up on the freeway.  It works for a minute and then NO TURN SIGNAL.  I try the right turn signal.........NO TURN SIGNAL.....what the????!!! ConfusedShockedOuchAngry I take it back to the shop and left the damn thing.........what does it take?? Angry  I think I want to just get rid of it.....DeadDead

I have a good friend with a 99 vert, and he kkeps having to replace the right front side marker lamp. He has redone all the wiring for it, but still can't keep bulbs in it....strange.
 
I never have gotten a computer code error on my bumper Vetts, go figure..........

Sounds like the "gator" you runned over took out a wheel speed sensor, or at least damaged the wiring to it.

Do the sig lights come on at all when you hit the turn sigs? As in, they come on, but don't blink? Or do they not come on at all?

Joel has a good point.  If you go to vettedogs.com and watch episode 6 or so, they have a problem much like you are describing and it was a caliper issue if I remember right.

I'll watch it later and see what I can see.

Well, they got the Sensor thing fixed and finally got the turn sigs fixed.  Got it back tonight..........finally............and the signals work now. Big%20smile The signal thing I had to pay for because it was a switch under the dash.  They had to tear out the dash, so far they put it back ok (I'm still keeping an eye on it).  Had to pay for this one. Ouch
 
Dennis, I might give you a good deal on it. LOLLOL  Got my eye on a '07 Pace Car.  They will only come down to $62,000.Embarrassed
