Vette(s): Frederick County Corvette Club (Maryland) Tan 64 365 Hp Conv 4 sp Red 72 4 sp Conv ..running a '68 327 Blue 76 Coupe L 48 4 sp White 79 Coupe L 82 auto Silver 98 Conv, 6 sp 35th Anniv '88 vette

Just curious however as to just how low the asking price was on the 67 ..
I have no need for a matching numbers car...

My Guess is 25 K minimum...if it is all together LOL

I don't know yet, Bob.  I'm waiting to hear from the guy.  From what I understand, this guy doesn't know that his '67 still holds value even though it's not a matching #'s engine.....Wink  As soon as I hear anything, I'll let ya know, ok?

I agree w/Bob.  I want ones I can drive, not trailer.  Nothin' wrong with the ones that preserve them and I am glad they do, it's just not for me.

The guy I bought my 64 from (wow almost 10 years ago) after he got BB fever and purchased a 66 ragtop now has gotten the bug to buy a 67 and he does not even care if it has any running gear...plans to drop a 502 and a 6 speed in the car...

Been looking for over a year and I tell you some of the cars he has looked at have been almost total disasters yet  NONE under 20K..  one at Carlisle  in 06  had the rear fenders held on with duct tape..2 different colored doors  wrong front clip BUT WITH A GOOD TITLE was for 14K

My 64 is honestly too good to mess with (fully documented back to Vietnam where it was ordered from all the registrations original checks invoice etc and of course numbers matching.. I'll love to pick up another Mid Year BUT I would want a driver ..heck it can even have flares ...lol

the 79 would go on the block if I found one.. only drove that car 200 miles in 07 and it needs a little work in the engine (rear seal and valve seals and could use plugs etc,...

Never fear C3 guys... my 72 & 76 will never be on the block... unless I could trade them even up for a real nice VIPER !

Micki- you better grab that '07 pacer on e-bay before someone else gets it.

Then you can get rid of the C5.Thumbs%20Up

OK Guys..........I know I want just about every Vette I see......I am really horrible in that way. Ouch  But, my luck is just gettin' worse.  I'm now too afraid to even drive any vette again.  I just got off from working an art gig at Market Hall in Dallas..........when I got to my car, someone hit me on the passenger side (the same side that was just repaired) and they drove off!Censored  I'm pissed!AngryAngryAngryCryCryCryCry

Maybe instead of selling Otis, you should sell that Monkey! Rolling%20On%20The%20Floor%20Laughing

Just kidding, Micki.  You have had a tough run of it lately though.  Did you have any probs on the Eureka trip, cause if not, then it might just be ya can't trust anybody but Joel in the metroplex around your car.
