Need just a wee bit more info....
Assuming this is a Corvette? Which engine? (6.0 or 7.0)
What kind of A/C compressor noise(whine/growl/squeak)? All the time, or only with A/C on?
Is the actual harmonic balancer(damper) wobbling, or is it actually the lower pulley?
I find no TSBs on either issue. It's possible the lower pulley is bent from front end damage...has the car been wrecked, that you know of? Has the engine been replaced?
Need more info to be able to help much....
