HERE'S who did mine for my '85 years ago. Quick turn around, and it's still working great. 
If you can see the display at all, and the graphs, you prolly only need new bulbs to illuminate the cluster. IF the cluster is completely dead, then it's time for deeper diagnostics....be sure to check the fuses(on the passenger side dash) first...could just be a blown fuse.
