-"Drive Your Corvette To Work Day"-
...Celebrating The Enjoyment of America's Sports Car
Friday, June 30th, is the date of the 6th Annual Drive Your Corvette To Work Day, sponsored by Mid America Motorworks. In honor of Drive Your Corvette To Work Day, enthusiasts across the United States make "America's Sports Car" their commuter car for the day. Every year, the Friday closest to June 30, Corvettes official birthday, is chosen to observe Drive Your Corvette To Work Day this is the first year the event actually fell on the same day.

If the weather forecast for my area holds I won't be going anywhere any time soon. It's been raining on and off for the last 3 days. And it's been raining none stop since yesterday To make matters even worse, It's suppose to continue to rain until the end of next week. This
the big one.
Even if you don't go to work, drive your Vette.
Even if it is raining, drive your Vette.
Park it where lots of people will see it.
Go cruising all day.
Have FUN!!!

It's pouring. If I had gone to PF I would have roasted (AC not working) and I would have been wet (typical Vette leaks) I need a nice ride to Bear Mountain, or even around the friggin block. Talk about cabin fever

i feel the same way warbird! im just a few miles away from you, and it looks like my baby will be stuck in the garage for the weekend! then again, ive made almost every friday drive my corvette to work day, so im not missing out too badly!
Drove to work today. Didn't see any other Corvettes this morning, but of course, it was 5:30 AM.

Hope some fellow workers drive their's today. Forecast is calling for possible thunderstorms this PM.

Got hail on the way home yesterday.

Have a great Corvette Day.
