Have all grandsports throughout the years always had the 3 stripes on the fenders? Has it always been on both fenders?

Vette(s): 1972 LT-1 convertible with factory air. 2017 Black Rose Grand Sport convertible.
2 stripes.  As I recall, all '96s had them, and they were optional on the C6 and C7.

The '96s were only on the driver's side.  I've seen C6s and C7s with them on both sides.

Actually, I don't think the original Grand Sports had them.  I think they originated on Cobras and maybe one of the GS's had them for a race or 2.
