Three LAPD officers have been
temporarily relieved of patrol duty after a departmental review found they
fired 22 shots and killed the unarmed driver of a Corvette after he led them
on a high-speed chase Friday night. |

Vette(s): 1982 C3 Collectors Edition 44000 miles, sat in the sun most of its life, My wife purchased it for me for Father's Day in 2007 from her girlfriend that had it for 19 years. It is on the road again. I'm retired but it is now my daily driver.
My feeling are I'm sorry he got killed but He did not seem to concerned about killing other people If he had a chance he would have gotten into another car I'm sure. Cops did their job in protecting others.

My sentiments exactly, even though I enjoy watching chases on TV.
