A 'lectric powered (full sized)'Vette???? Not likely in our lifetime!

GM wouldn't go thru the years of R&D on this car, and then not build it but for one year simply because of the mileage issue...and they DID know it(legislation) was coming...
I'm sure there's a "loop-hole" somewhere. It's our gov'ment...you KNOW there's loop-holes!

If gas gets above $5 a gal, people will want the 70mpg diesel powered VWs. GM already has their version and those would offset the few muscle cars that they sell.
I'm not worried.   Yet.
