Hey since da cats outta da bag now I'll throw out another suggestion. Take a look at puttin the Tiger Shark front and rear facia back on Otis. It will make him stand out and is definately WAY KEWL!!!!! (IMO)Especially if the insurance company is payin for it.
TIGER SHARK
I will have to agree with you on this one Tux. Especially since it is going to be black. I have seen a few Tiger Shark noses and really like them.

They said that the retread went under my back tire and flew up and hit the back bumper and did some damage.
I looked at it (not real good) when I was at the body shop, but I didn't see anything.
Nothing underneath is damaged on the undercarriage.

It's just fiberglass damage. The front and rear are Styrofoam. Nothing is pushed in or damaged on it either, so that's positive! I just wish it was home. My '69 Greypoopon is in the shop too.

Don't know when I'll get it back either.
I'm callin' about it tomorrow.

Thanks, Terry.

Me too, guys..............AWESOME! Looks really BAD A$$! But, I know the insurance company won't approve of that and I can't afford that now with the $1,000 deductible and.........remember I have the '69 to deal with still in the shop for rear suspension, possible paint job and she's coming FIRST (I love that mustard car
).

While the front end on Otis is dis-assembled, now would be the time to dig out the build sheet...it is rolled up, and stuffed into the front crossmember/bumper support...

Micki if the body shop hasn't already ordered yer OEM front and rear facia's yet have them quote you the price.
My past experience is that the tiger shark facia's may still be within your grasp. Typically the OEM stuff will run higher. Alot of time use of aftermarket products can save you money.
That being the case you can use any dough saved on the Poupon Car...

Good idea, but I called the shop when I got home and they have already ordered the bumpers and they were painting them today. He said they will start assembling them tomorrow. Drats!
He did say he's gonna put some thick torch red "C O R V E T T E" letters on the rear bumper free of charge. That will look better than what I had on there.

Called the other shop where the C3 is too...........it's sitting in the corner waiting for parts..........

........they asked me if I was in a "hurry" for it..
