Barry, Please don't tell us you bought a Mopar, AKA "Slopar".  My guess would be the Dodge SRT-10. I recall you saying that you were looking for fuel economy and being the logical thinker that you are, I guess 9 mpg/city and 15 mpg/hwy with 500 horses might seem like economy.

Yes Jim , right. And fuel economy ? WHATS that ? Nono Jim, it was Mick who spoked about it when i referred to a "rustang"....Don't forget i already mentioned that whe work for refinerys so i give them back what i stole from them ...
yes Mark , i suggested you would guess it direct seen your truck....so that makes us brothers on the road , truck or C3 ! awsome car , indeed.Glad i found it.Try it out.My son came along with some papers from Paxton ( supercharger 671 hp) and Hennessey ( twin turbo 1000  hp.... ) i told him the 500 will be enough , at least tis year....
I was in love from the first site , yes .... YEEEEEEHAWWWWWWW !
and i'm not from Texas
My neighbour bought a GMC pickup 6.6 diesel in the US witch is now leaving your country in a box.....so whe can drag our monsters over here in the street......
And yes, fuel economy : i calculated as follows :
the SRT10 i bought is from a company director who lived a year in the US  and  took the car with him at home. It's a model 2004  , first registrated in Belgium 2005. As he owns 2 Porsches turbo  , his toy  , the Dodge , has only 5000 miles on it.It has  a LPG tank of 50 gallons.
He  drove it on gas  and once on the highway cruising at 100 mph he switched to LPG and claims you don't feel the difference. So if that is reality : LPG cost here 1/3 of gas , lets say 1/2 of gasoline. So that monster may consume a bit LPG on the long runs , i keep my gas for the shorter ones.... he told me it doesn't go well on LPG for accelerating as he tinks the engine doesn't get the LPG enough on time...

But look what i payed for having that baby : 44.628 $ + 9.372 $ tax.As a light truck , the 9.372 tax i can recuperate .Leaves me at 44.628 $.That is relatively cheap ! My Toyota 100 Landcruiser was 53.500 $ + tax ! ( ok , was new , but what is 5000 miles )
If i wanted over here a car whit compareble "driving joy"  it costs certenly  in the region  70K to 100K +taxes. That means i now have a big reserve for fuelling that monster !
Lets melt some rubber guys ....
Men , you US guys know to make cars, thats WHOW !
I read the forum on radar detectors : over here they can  confiscate your car if they find that equipment.!!!....The previous owner had my SRT10 1 week held at the police station for that thing but ofcoarse his Porsches won't be better of...

I'm happy as a child : the difference from a man and a boy is the price of there toys !
Only 1 problem : my trailer is yellow ( security color ) so now i have a black truck , yellow trailer and silver vette.....my friend told me to do something about it ....
So , the trailer ??? Black or Cortez Silver ?????????????

see you , and coming with pic's !

Damn Barry you are a Wildman   That is one awsome looking Rig you have there.  The sad part about buying that truck is that it will smoke most, if not all of the stock C3's on this site

Oh ya and the trailer, gotta be BLACK !!!

I hope you all can view this little video clip

Norbert,

Nice choice on the Dodge Ran SRT-10. That's one awesome truck. You'll have a blast with it.

You mentioned the F*** "Musturd" in one of your earlier posts. The local F*** dealer is now selling Saleen Mustangs out of the showroom. An awesome car!! Plus, they're now selling a new, limited production Mustang version called the "RONAELE" (that's Eleanor spelled backwards - owners wife's name maybe). Anyway, it's an incredible beast. Awesome suspension and 540 horses under the hood. Runs around $80K US. Might want to consider that for your next "car" - and it seats 4 (sort of (not much rear legroom).

Thanx guys and girls !

Mark , i'm also afraid that our C3's will not make it. Seen video against a C6ZO6 .....yepyep.Ok , the trailer go's BLACK.

Mick , that was love at FIRST site .... strange car: is this a sportscar with a truck body on it ,or a truck with a race engine ? i'll figure it out ! SOON !

HOHOHO Jim , i'm 49 ! not toooo quick ! and a 20 year old girlfriend?????????? Who told you that ? My god , about what should i talk every day to such a younster ???  about C3's ?   about SRT10's ? about my bad back ? no, i don't think it would last a time... even if she was a picture to look at.... and i would always have the feeling that she's favorite me for my money .... ( i ain't have a $  , i spend it on rolling stuff ) ( sorry , and gas.....)

NOno, my wishdom is : every day you spend a lot more time talking to your (girl)friend than %/ç§### her....sorry , together i mean.

But , ok ,there's a picture of me and my girlfriend.

Terry, yes, that Mustang is a great car.Remains a collectors item , old or new...But our taxes are not friendly to that sort of cars , and ok , i like that monster truck....huge, imposant. And with the taxes i spare , fuelcosts is not a problem.....laws have strange side-ways....

see you ! have a nice evening .
