Few things..
Im not saying this is not 100% dead on true, but some things to keep in mind.
Spam brigade - I definately would not do that. There is a law on the books in certain states called interference of electronic commerce / interference of commerce. Even if this guy was 10000x worce then already said. he did nothing illegal. The responce could be and the forum could be held liable. I've seen this happen 1st hand on another site.
V V- LLC - My dealing with them was the complete and total opposite. I was looking at a 74/75 from them when I bought my 81. They could not have been nicer and more helpful.
My thought, you cannot condemn a business because of the actions of an idiot. The manager said he'll take care of it. MY THOUGHT, call the boss and deal with him on the car, you maybe surprised. A little good karma may be extended. See if he'll take care of YOU. Work this to your advantage
I am on the fence on this one. I agree with Kebo's comment above.
However, I think a car enthusiat forum IS the approriate place for a
member to share a bad experience. One has to be sure to keep his
comments factual. Beyond that criteria, I think the initial post was
appropriate.

I want to clarify that I was kidding and in no means had any intentions of sending the merchant e-mails concerning their business practices.
I do however believe that by the 5th amendment that myself or any others have the right to speak their piece about the business practice displayed by this fellow. It was not meant to be slanderous but rather was a statement of fact.
All that being said I still want ta know which one o dem dadburn cars all of da fuss was about!

Vette(s): 1972 conv., sunfire yellow, blk interior, blk vinyl and convertible top. Off frame restoration with American Speed 383 stroker engine producing 500hp plus a 200hp NOS system. MSD ignition. Hooker super competition headers with chambered exhaust.
In my opinion, asking for a 5% discount from the asking price is very conserative and certainly no reason to warrant such a reply from a salesman. When I bought my 66 from ProTeam, I offered them 15% below their asking price and they came back with a 10% discount.
I agree with Kebo and Ranger. I think the original post was appropiate but disagree as to other members getting involved with emails to the dealer. I think Nopolis took appropiate action by bringing this situation to the owner and that salesman will probably be selling used Hondas in the near future.

Dont get me wrong, the orig post is 100% appropriate. A 5% disc is well within margins.. Me, I'd call the boss offer 11% under and take 9%... You never know...
