Vette(s): 1982 C3 Collectors Edition 44000 miles, sat in the sun most of its life, My wife purchased it for me for Father's Day in 2007 from her girlfriend that had it for 19 years. It is on the road again. I'm retired but it is now my daily driver.

At least I got a chance to see your C3 when you came through San Diego. Congratulations.

Wow Dave - What a beauty.....I'll miss the flag car - I always loved when I parked next to you. I could steal some attention, just by association...lol!
You know, I really do enjoy driving both - they each have their own charm. My C5 is my daily driver, so when I take the C3 out - it really still feels special.
Can't wait to see it in Buffalo! You're really going to enjoy driving it !!

YES -n- No. Good for the future, and pretty color. Now your partner can ride in style and not smell fumes and be comfortable. Bad to see the C-3 go. Hope the new owner got a invite to join the C-3 group and a promise to keep the ride in the "FAMILY" by joining us in get togethers. Now we need to wait for our FRIENDS
to let the cat out of the bag on a maroon C-5 anniversary.
It's pretty too! They "KEPT" the C-3. Maybe they'll bring BOTH of them to Buffalo!
Hint.

Are you talking to ME? LOL

So, I too am a member of "VA" (Vettes Anonymous)
You know that saying, "Drive it like you stole it"? Well....I did ! Long story & I'll share it at the gathering with anyone interested in hearing me babble on, but the short version is I fell in LOVE with it at Carlisle last year, passed o it (Stuntman was leary due to the reconstructed title) & then fate played it's hand I got the car!!

I would like to bring them both to the gathering, since it's not that far - putting new seat foam in the C3 right now & refurb'ing the original seat covers so I can reassemble. Stuntman is adding electric motors to the headlights instead of replacing actuators & relays.... again.
