Okay so I am grinning from ear to ear I have been able to drive the girl for the last two days now, today with top down, burrrrrrrr, but dry.......... It did drizzle a little bit on way home and the wiper door did not open
winter look over. A then there are the boxes that keep arriving from ecklers, mid america, and corvette central, she must have found the fifty christmas I left all over the house, (must have been pretty naughty or very nice this last year, hopefully there will be the wiper and headlight vacumn repair book in those boxes. Just needed to share my joy with all of you. God Bless and happy holidays.

Snow???? What is snow?
It's that frozen white stuff that falls from the sky!
And the forecasters are saying we can get between 6 and 14 inches of the stuff tonight and tomorrow. Gotta love the lake effect!
I won't even be able to see the cover, let alone the Vette!

Ken,
Some of your "lake effect" snow most of the time makes it over to New England.I think tomorrow may be my last day for golfing which means the rest of the winter will be dedicated to "vette projects".We also get the Nor'Easter's, one of which might be blowing in Sunday night.Time to heat the garage and settle in to the repair projects.

Happy Holidays to one and all!

No not me...I'm not saying a word.

Just in case you don't get that headlight vacuum repair book, here is something to check out -- "Troubleshooting The 1968-1982 Corvette Headlight and Wiper Door Vacuum Systems" by Frank Prow. You can get it from him by going to www.vettevacuum.com and ordering it. I think it was $12.00 when I bought it. It's a 14 page pamphlet with text and diagrams.

Merry Christmas and God Bless to you Larry,
I saw a vette like yours ('70 vert) but blue. drivin' around town today. Unfortunately I could not wave because mine is in the shop getting new exhaust system but it will be a merry Christmas.
