All I see on that list is a bunch of trailer queens that will never be driven like we drive our's, It's a shame. Mine may not be a high dollar car but to me it is and more people see mine than those that are kept locked up. To me our's are worth more than any of them, most of us on here built our own car.

These are not representations of what our vehicles are worth. These are collctables purchased by wealthy men who will pay just about any amount to get the bragging rights. Notice the sales dates. I`ve been watching the autions lately and the prices are not as high.
As for the `67 big block.... it is the most refined and most powerful car of it`s era. Therefore desireable. For me .. that was the car that got me started on this addiction.
These actually are the TOP 100 prices paid by FAT CATS! They no where really represent the true value of our C3..........actually to us.....ours are worth more???

To me all those are like fine art.
American history.
I am glad folks care enough about keeping that history alive to preserve these fine cars for generations to come.
All paint on paper is not the same. Some paintings, like the Mona Lisa, deserve much more respect than the painting of a baby seal we have on our wall.
Those are Mona Lisa's of the Vette world.
And they deserve it.
