Vette(s): had a really nice one. sold it to a good friend. Purchased 2004 custom coupe in Feb. 2009 did not tell anyone here until August 2009. BAD I KNOW.

just for the sake of having to say this:  if it is this close at the end of the polling time, maybe we (you powers to be) should make the executive decision to go with august for a couple of reasons;

1) since Adam, the man, has two things going on in June already it would give him and his family a chance to brethe and recoup instead of going out and doing another so quick.

2) it would give us on the west coast a little more time to get everything in order, the weather would more than likely be better.

Just my .02 worth for what it is worth. peace out.

Larry, I like the way you added your .02 worth, you like the rest of the West-coaster's and others really want this to happen. What ever will be will be, sounds like a song? The Corvette Caravan " West meets East" seems to grow every day, Vettes out of Canada and almost every state we cross will have one or more corvettes hooking up, not to bad mouth the Corvette Caravan out of Texas, with all the TV's, Refrigerators and relief drivers but, we have now picked up our own support vehicle with a corvette trailer and Maintenance facility that we can call ahead for parts and repairs, thanks to Jetta 111(Kelly).This thing gets bigger each day. The only problem that I have noted with all the hook up requests is that many will back out and not attend, for all the reasons available, if the date changes from August? I and several other die-hards will make the trip no matter. So we the 25 to 30 and still growing Corvettes in "West meets East" , support the above words of our fellow Caravan Member, 1BadLt1 spielman538724.0586342593

Maybe a re-vote with the June and August dates only... It may not be fair to drop this on them eithter unless it is there duty ... just my 2C

Vette(s): My 1974 Vette sold last August 2014. I am still willing to show up to events and local gatherings if anything happening No new vette yet.

I agree. i am on the east coast and whther it is june or august i don't care i will be there but we should do a second vote at the end of this one.  currently if u look at it, ht escores are tied 34/34.  but 28 other people chose diff. times of the year. perhaps if we did another vote for just june or august we would find out where those 28 people would choose. they could be the deciding factor.

My two cents for now.........

Maybe we need two of these get-togethers each year.  One in the East and one in the West!
