Jim , Shall we send an extra CD/DVD ? along with our submission to ease your financial burden on the final product? And what about S&H ? Just say the word my bro. Could turn in to some major coin on your end

[QUOTE=Norsky]I'd like to volunteer to assemble any digital photos or videos taken by folks traveling to or from the CC gathering and during any of the gathering events into a single collection (like Micki did after the PF gathering last year). Send them (via snail mail) to me by the end of July and I'll put them all together and send out copies by the end of August to anyone who wants them.

Ok we have all our pixs on one dvd easy once we learned the difference between music quality and video quality dvds. All packaged and ready to go. You should get it in a couple of days.

Once all the pics have arrived I'll have to figure out what will be the best media to put them on. At the moment it is looking like DVD format but I'll have to see. So for now just send your pics.
Thanks!

Hey Gang, does anyone have a simple answer to transfering pics to CD/DVD? Tried our hearts out... NO luck. Even the 4 photo sites I use are not user friendly. It's gettin late, and I can't get it together.

Jimmy, what is your operating system on you computer? Windows XP will transfer them if you have a burner? If you don't have a CD/DVD burner in your computer you may be out of luck?

Thanks Terry, Amazingly,.....we've got all that. 2 different Op. syst.'s, 98 and XP, 4 online storage sites and on the comp. and we still failed miserably
. But I am thankful to my lord for at least a small particle of brain........in my head.
this morning, it hit me. The pics are still on the media in my camera, took it out and drove straight to Long's drugs and in 30 min. and $3. I walked over to the U.S.Post Office and it's on it's way.
Seemed a horrendous episode. The gathering meant so much to us, we just wanted to contribute something. Hey Jim, I hope this undertaking doesn't stress you out brother. You're a hero in my book for taking on something like this.

Congrats Jimmy. This is going to be one huge file of pictures.
Last chance for anyone else who was there to send your pictures to Norsky for the compilation. He needs them by 7/31/07.
