Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.

Is there a schedule set yet (even a loose one) of the events that will be taking place at the gathering in Hot Springs? I checked the Gathering Forum list and didn't see anything.
I would really like to go, but I don't see me making it for the whole event, so I thought if there was a defined schedule, I could try to focus my trip around one or two events. I haven't looked at the route yet, but I would guess I could make the drive in a half day or so (my driving days are long!), so driving down, hanging out, staying the night, hanging out a little the next day then heading back wouldn't be impossible.
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

Mapquest shows you 9hrs and 45 minutes @ 635.98 miles.
We went to the museum last year and it took about 12 hours for 731 miles. We broke it up by staying in Little Rock.
I found out that about 3 hours at a time is all I wanted to be wedged inside without a stretch break!

Wednesday dinner is a definite.
Still gathering ideas for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
There is a car show in HS that weekend.
You can be sure there will be some road tours and eating involved.

Details should be finalized by the first of the month, at the latest...
Trust me folks...there will be something for everybody to do each day.

Shopping at the local outlet malls, and other places has been included on the itinerary. There are at least three options for activities suggested for each day for everyone to choose from...as soon as it is all finalized, each day's planned activities will be posted in the appropriate threads.
