[QUOTE=Norsky]Either date works for me. My only concerns about the April date are the availability of lodging and potential traffic woes (nightmares about PF still haunt).
April is still skiing season in the Rockies. Hopefully spring will have sprung early so folks in the northern tier of states won't need to travel on snow tires and/or tire chains...!!!

I spoke with the people at the hotels mentioned and they all have plenty of rooms available for those dates in April.
The key to this is make a decision and get it booked before everyone else does.
Unless the weather goes way bad or something really bad happens, we are there and probably staying on the lake. Since CAC screwed up and set the location for their Cruisefest in Cleveland, we plan on being there , in a suite looking at your smiling face

[QUOTE=dwright]I'm with cj5nutz. I'm going to be at that show in April. Already marked it on my calendar.
So I would love to see a bunch of C3VR members there with us.

Dave, I don't know if there is a place for a tent in that parking lot

If the weather is not too cold, you are welcome to pitch it in our trailer.

See you in Hot Springs !

April might be the best time, depending on the weather. This year, April was wet as heck in this area. Another flashback to PF???
We'll be there either date...don't matter. I'm not really all the hot about joining in with another show/event, but it wouldn't be a deal breaker for me.

Scott,
What a great idea!!!! I won't need to bring my tent. I can use one of those enclosed trailers, as soon as you roll the queen out. And I can take my daily bath in the lake after my morning jog.
This is going to save me enough money that I will be able to afford 93 octane, at least a few gallons.

I'm gonna say April
But if this show is a yearly show, we really need to start looking for hotels soon. People may aready be snatching up rooms for that time frame.
