The hotel has a restaurant that is open for breakfast M-F and Dinner, F&S. There is a lounge in the lobby which opens at 5pm. They will rope off a special parking area for us and provide a hose for washing our cars (please bring your own towels).
There are 50 rooms blocked for our group. If we actually utilize 40 of them Wednesday through Saturday nights, I will have a suite to give away to one of the people who booked a room. I will come up with a way to give it out prior to our trip.

REVIEW by JDGrant:There was some discussion in another thread about the possibility of this hotel not being of good quality. C3VR member JDGrant visited the hotel on November 2nd and had this to say:
The hotel is not 5 Star but is decent. It is an older hotel and has NOT been maintained to like new condition, but is clean. I have attached a number of pictures for you to review.
The rooms are clean and do NOT smell. The 2 rooms I looked at were very nice and clean with no significant wear or tear on the walls or carpets. Each room has a kitchenette, fridge and a sleeper sofa, the bathrooms were nice and in good order and each room has a balcony facing the lake.
There is however wear and tear on some of the hallway carpets, walls and ceiling but seems isolated and not wide spread.
Since there is an indoor pool there is a hint of chlorine in the air when you get near the rooms, but no chlorine odor in the rooms, lobby, restaurant or bar.
The parking lot is large with an area where the Vettes can be segregated with a rope. My understanding is that they do this during the big motorcycle rally we have each year. Considering the part of town this hotel is in I think all of the cars would be the safest there of the three hotels I posted.
The most outstanding feature is the indoor pool. It is in an atrium with a hot tub and sauna and also has a workout room. VERY NICE!
The restaurant is clean and has open seating. I cannot attest to the quality of the food, it has been many years since I have eaten there. There are however several very good restaurants nearby and a McDonalds one block away.
The bar area (full service) has a great view of the lake it also has a pool table and big screen TV.
It is a very picturesque setting.
If people want a new hotel then this is not the place, but if they want a decent place to stay with some nice amenities this may be the place. I would stay here, if that matters.
After you have booked your room, whether at Lake Hamilton or elsewhere, please go to the Official Who's Attending thread to add your name to the list!
Looks great to me. I brought it up about the bad reviews so we would not be surprised when we got there. I have no problem with some worn carpet, etc. I'm gonna call and get my reservations tomorrow. ARE WE THERE YET????

I doubt that I will be alone in doing this so I thought it might be a good question to inquire about now.
Who knows we might have a box haulin caravan for some of us Mid Westerners.

Keep in mind this is contingent on "if" I can go. As of right now though I am making plans as if I were a rich man....
