Vette(s): Gone, but not forgotten: 1974 Coupe Red, matching numbers, Black Interior, L-48 w/ 4 speed; The “Admiral”, also gone and never to be forgotten. 1994 Admiral Blue LT-1 coupe, Black Interior Automatic
I am a new member and would really like to attend this meeting. However, it is a 12 hour drive from the not so frozen nort' in a car with no air or cruise. April shouldn't be too bad, any comments?

Looks like you will be driving from cold and snow to probably 70 degree weather.  Trust us. It is worth the drive.

You're more likely to need a sweatshirt than A/C in mid-April in Ar. mtns. IMO.  C'mon down, you won't regret it. Big%20smile

Welcome aboard Wally.  I live on the west side of the TC metro area about an hour from you.  I'm tentatively planning on going down with "The Toy" which also doesn't have A/C or CC.  Depending on how winter projects go will determine whether I drive or trailer it.

MapQuest figured the trip fpr me at 13 1/2 hours so I may plan an overnight stop somewhere in each direction.  Hopefully spring will have sprung early and all the MNDOT crud will have been washed off the roads by then.
