Dave,
You'll have to come up to Portland so we can go for a sail! Unless the boat is in Pudget Sound...then you might have to go further north. Norsky, too. Remember the Lake Tahoe sail?
I plan on spending a week in Oregon, then drive down the coast to visit my sister in CA.

OMG, I will never forget that sail. And I have video of it. That was a lifetime experience for me.
When I figure out my schedule and route I will try to include a visit to your area. Right now I am thinking of going to CA first and then hooking up with the NW group before 7/14.
Everything is tentative right now.

Dave just let us know we can find you a place to hang your hat for an evening or 2 if you need, if that isn't a great reason to have a BBQ then what is.

Larry,
That would be great. I'll have my tent and sleeping bag with me.
I have never been to Washington, so that would fill another void.

Where abouts in Ca. are you going to be? I'm planning on going out from Ga. early also. I'll be in the Chico/Redding area of the Northern Sacramento Valley, have family there. After the 2010 Gathering I'm going on to MT. to my Uncles ranch for a while. All plans are tentative now, can change most anything, maybe we can go up together.

Nothing set yet, but I am toying with the idea of driving to St. Louis and looking for some of old Rt. 66. I would like to run on some of it again if it ain't too boring.
Maybe some RT66 in OK, NM, and AZ.
Not sure if I will go down to San Diego or not.
I will then go to my sister's house for a day or two. Right now she is in Sonora, but she may move up toward Sacramento by then.
Then I will go up the coast to WA for a BarBQ at Larry's.
Then join the NW members for the trip to Bend.
How many miles is that????
Mark, maybe we should take the long way to Bend (whatever long way might mean).
Karen that sounds like a great idea
What like a trip up the side of Mt Hood? This time I've got the CLUNK outta my TRUNK

Anyway we go is going to be an awsome trip. There's nothing like the look on peoples faces when 10-14 old Corvettes roll by
