Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.

That was in Amarillo, TX where it started raining around 8:30 PM and was still raining at 3:30 AM when I packed everything up and headed for Albuquerque, NM.

I should have taken a picture of my collapsed tent, but it was dark and raining.
The "sandbox" was high ground, but that night it didn't matter.
Cost me $3.00 in the laundrymat to get everything dry again.
