We're in Pontiac, IL. We're working on the "No Reservations" plan. We get somewhere that looks good or when we're done for the day, and that's where we stop. Plan tomorrow is to get out of bed sometime after we wake up and drive however far we decide to go

Lots of stuff to do/see in Pontiac for Rt 66, so we'll have all the time we want in the morning to do it

I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

1. the vet is packed

2. the vet has been checked out

3 will be hitting the road at 5:00 AM Monday may 16

4 arriving at BG tomarrow afternoon

5. 17 May 8:30 am tour assembly plant and museum

6. 18 May wake up ?:?? AM head for Effingham

7. 18 May approx noon arrive at days inn in Effingham

8. LET THE FUN BEGIN

I'm out..

My wife, Judy, had knee replacement surgery 10 days ago. While she is recovering nicely, I am very uncomfortable leaving her alone for 5 days. So, I will have to skip this year's gathering. I am really bummed!
