Well, looking at the average temps for that time of year, it's looks like you might want to make sure your heater is functioning properly rather than the A/C (which heat should not be a problem for most of our C-3's
). It show highs around 75 and lows around 50-55.... Heck, if it gets hot enough for A/C, I just take off the T-tops!
I rarely use the a/c anyway. Every time I stop I have to turn it off or the engine would die. I guess there's something to keep the idle up but I don't have it.

I know the voices aren't real, but they have some pretty cool ideas...

I think we all need to put our noggins together and figure out the cheapest way to get Adam to this gathering......If we all work hard at this he could come out with extra cash in his pocket. I'm thinking of getting William Shatner to do a C3 priceline add or something. a C3VR Gnome, a C3 Bobbel head, C3VR Fin'Ham or Bust bumper stickers.

I think that flying into St Louis would be your best bet. I will check to see if there is a closer airport.
St Louis, IL 100 miles; Evansville, IN 120 miles; Louisville, KY 220 miles.

You might get a better price flying into Chicago, not sure how far it is to Effingham but it is in the same state. Just a thought. Hope you can make it Larry.

We should have a great caravan coming from the northeast.
Adam can hitch a ride with someone from the Philly area.
He can share a room with me, if he don't snore.

I think he could be there on Wednesday and home on Sunday at a very low cost.
