Sad to say every string I tried to pull to get to this years gathering has come up short. Those of you who haven't met this group yet are in for a big treat. You guy's are some of the most wonderful people I have ever met. A lot of memories to cherish.

I'll miss seeing you and the wife, Terry. Guess that means that I gotta schedule a rode trip to "tip toe thru the tulips" !

The deadline for signing up to participate in the 2014 Member Gathering has passed. Our lock on the block of rooms at the Country Suites & Inn has expired. You can still try to reserve a room but we cannot guarantee there will be one available.
Signups for the agenda activities are now closed as well. This week we will be giving numbers and menu choices to the establishments providing us meals so they have time to prepare.
If you have reserved a room at the hotel but have not signed up for any activities PLEASE DO SO AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
If you have reserved a room, signed up for activities and for any reason need to cancel we will try to return as much of your prepayment as possible. Contact the hotel and cancel your reservation as soon as possible to free up that room for another guest. And contact me via PM, e-mail or phone as soon as possible regarding the activities you signed up to participate in.
