Looks like we have 23 confirmed for 24 tickets and Dave076 has confirmed that he will not be using the 24th ticket. If no one contacts me by next Monday 7-11, I will call and cancel that ticket. Please let me know if you have any further changes or questions, Thanks and see you next week !!
1) All tours are conducted in English and last 90 minutes. Any group willing to purchase 50 tickets for the same tour can make special arrangements to have their interpreter accompany them on the tour bus.
2) Remember your camera! You may take photos in the Future of Flight Gallery & on the Strato Deck but The Boeing Company does not permit still photos or video cameras on the assembly plant tour. In addition, there are no personal items allowed on the tour, including purses, backpacks, waist pouches, binoculars, cell phones, etc. Lockers are available onsite for a small fee.
3) Children must be at least 4 feet (122 cm) tall to go on the tour. Visitors may not carry babies on the tour. There is no child-care facility at the Future of Flight & Boeing Tour, and there are no exceptions to these safety regulations.
4) Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult while visiting the Future of Flight Aviation Center Gallery.
5) There are no personal items allowed on the tour. These items include: purses, backpacks, waist pouches, cameras, binoculars, cell phones, etc. Lockers are available on-site, for a small fee, at the Future of Flight.
6) The tour may require a one-third-mile walk, 21 steep stairs and an elevator ride.
7) The Boeing Tour can be done by wheelchair and physically challenged visitors with advance notice. Please advise us when making reservations. Sign language is available for all Boeing tours upon request with at least two-weeks’ notice. Service animals are allowed in all public areas of the Future of Flight Aviation Center and Boeing Tour.
8) There are restroom facilities and a café at the Future of Flight, but restrooms are not available during the tour.
Early arrival is strongly recommended. If guests do not arrive promptly for their schedule tour, the reservation will be forfeited. If an emergency arises that prevents you from arriving on time, we will attempt to reschedule your tour if you call at least one hour in advance of your scheduled tour time (depending on availability). Refunds will be granted with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. No refunds will be made within 24 hours of your scheduled tour. In order to request a reservation modification of any kind, please phone the Future of Flight Call Center at 800-464-1476.
