It’s time to start planning for the 2017 C3VR Gathering to be held June 7^th through June 11^th, 2017 in Branson, MO. The hotel will be the Branson Towers Hotel located at 236 Shepherd of the Hills Expressway, Branson, MO 65616.  I have blocked out 25 rooms for us.

The following is hotel information along with the process for reserving your room by calling the hotel direct. Sorry, but you cannot book on the internet to get the C3VR group rate. Each member will be responsible for making and paying for their own reservation.

To make a reservation call 417-336-4500 and refer to the C3VR 2017 room block. Misty and Savannah are the group coordinators for the hotel. The cost per room for two adults is $72.00, three adults $79.00, and four adults $86.00. Tax rate of 11.6% will be added. Room rate includes a hot breakfast. Upgrades are available at an additional charge. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. The hotel has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Check-in time is 3pm; check-out time is 11am. For those who wish to arrive earlier or depart at a later date to enjoy the many activities that Branson has to offer, the group rate is available three days before and three days after the gathering dates. Reservations made after May 24^{th u}will be based upon availability but can still be reserved for the group rates. Please make a post to this thread when you have made your reservation so we can keep track of number of rooms reserved.

The hotel will provide our group roped off parking for 25 cars on the east side of the hotel right up against the building. If you want to be close to your car you might want to request a room on the east side of the hotel. The group can also park trailers in the gravel area on the east side of the hotel. There will be a water hose at the back of the property for Corvette washing. There is also an ice cream social every night at 10pm at a nominal cost and a good size breakfast area we can use as an evening meeting area.

I called the hotel and we are now able to book king rooms and suites. King is $5 more, Suite is $55 more.
