If I could I would like to get a count on how many vets will be arriving so that I may book our parking space at hotel as well it will make decision on restaurants a little easier, as I realize parking our babies is of great importance to us

There's 15 members signed up. I know me and 1 other are definitely flying in. So that puts it at 13 possible Vettes . I would suggest you ask for 13 spots. Can't hurt to have extra room. And if it's too much and they need the space back, we can always make it smaller after day 1.
