I regret to announce that the decision has been made to cancel our 18th Annual C3VR Member Gathering that had been rescheduled to October.22-24, 2020 in Fort Worth, Texas.

This difficult decision was made to ensure the health and safety of our members. We are very saddened that we are unable to hold our Gathering this year, but the decision was necessary given the pandemic conditions in Texas and around the country.  Considering many of our members are in the higher risk age group and traveling from many areas of the country, this seemed to be the safe decision.

After the beginning of the new year, we will revisit the situation and decide if a Gaterthing can and will happen in 2021 and if it will take place in Fort Worth or another city at that time.

The hotel room block has been removed and anyone that reserved a room in the block should receive a cancellation notice.  If you wish, you may contact the hotel directly to confirm.
